Wellness Matters Webinar — Connection Through Yoga

Trauma can disconnect us from our body, mind and spirit. Yoga is a practice of bringing the elements of body, mind and spirit into connection. This talk dives into the ways yoga as a physical and spiritual practice can offer a pathway to healing from trauma.
